The German real estate market is complex. Purchase costs, repayment schedules, rental yields, important calculations that are often hidden behind outdated interfaces, intrusive ads or unnecessary sign-ups.
immotap puts an end to that. We build modern, fast and privacy-friendly calculators that just work. No sign-up, no tracking, no hidden agenda.
I'm Lars, founder of immotap. I come from a software development background and firmly believe that good tools should feel effortless. That's exactly what we build here: real estate calculators that are fast, give you honest numbers and get you to the result without detours.
